Robert Weaver
Robert W. Weaver joined the firm after spending a year as law clerk to the Honorable Leigh I. Saufley, Chief Justice of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court. His practice focuses on general litigation, appellate work and governmental affairs.
In 2011 Robb graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maine School of Law where he received the Faculty Significant Achievement Award for his excellent academic performance and significant contributions to the law school community.
While in law school, Robb served as Research Editor on the Ocean and Coastal Law Journal, co-chair of the Moot Court team, and was a legal writing teaching assistant. In addition, Robb completed an externship for Appellate Chief Margaret McGaughey of the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Maine, and competed in the Trilateral Competition, an appellate advocacy competition between the Maine School of Law, Dalhousie Law School, and the University of New Brunswick School of Law.
Prior to law school, Robb worked for several years in the Maine Legislature, serving as policy aide to the House Minority Leader. He has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Maine Orono. Contact Rob at rweaver@itmlaw.com.
