    Tuck regularly appears in the Maine District and Superior Courts and in Federal District Court representing clients on a range of personal and business matters. The focus of his practice is litigation and trial work. Tuck represents individuals in divorce and domestic partnership matters; injury matters, including abuse and accidents; real estate disputes; and insurance claims. He represents businesses in all aspects of contract, sales and property disputes.

    Tuck has over 25 years of experience as a trial lawyer. He graduated from Bowdoin College in 1982 and from New York Law School, cum laude, in 1988. He practiced previously with an insurance defense firm and a small-town practice in Brunswick. In 2003 he left his partner position at a mid-size firm in Portland to establish Irwin, Tardy & Morris. He is admitted to practice in the State of Maine and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the Federal Courts of Maine and Massachusetts, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
