Kayleigh is a graduate of the University of Maine School of Law where she received the Faculty Award in Trial Advocacy. Kayleigh’s law school coursework focused on family law and her thesis analyzed the issue of pet custody in Maine divorce cases. During law school, Kayleigh worked for the Cumberland County District Attorney’s Office as a student attorney, where she argued on behalf of the State before Maine’s highest court and prevailed. Kayleigh also served as President of the Student Bar Association, Chair of the Women’s Law Association, and Chair of the Maine Association for Public Interest Law.
Prior to law school, Kayleigh graduated from the George Washington University with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Political Science. Outside of the office, Kayleigh can be found hiking with her dog, golfing, or skiing.
