Robert M. Morris is a 1980 honors graduate of the University of Missouri at Columbia. In 1983 he obtained his law degree, again at Missouri University. Over the past twenty years Rob has practiced primarily as a trial lawyer, with strong emphasis in the area of injury litigation. Rob is admitted to practice in the Federal and State Courts of Maine and Missouri, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. He is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and the Maine Trial Lawyers Association.
Theodore H. Irwin Jr. is a 1982 graduate of Bowdoin College and a 1988 cum laude graduate of New York Law School. His professional history includes over eighteen years of civil and criminal practice. Tuck has a strong and broad-based civil practice background, and in the litigation arena has excelled in the areas of divorce, commercial litigation and real estate litigation. He is admitted to State and Federal Courts in Maine and Massachusetts and to the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
Joshua A. Tardy received his B.A. from the University of Maine in 1990, and in 1993 earned his law degree from the University of Maine School of Law. Josh is a native of Palmyra, Maine and his practice experience has a strong emphasis in the areas of civil and criminal litigation, and also real estate and commercial law. He is admitted to practice in the Federal and State Courts of Maine, and is also a member of the Maine Legislature where he currently serves as District 25's Maine State Representative and the Minority Leader in the House of Representatives.
William Logan is a 1997 cum laude from Wake Forest University, and earned is J.D. from the Maine Law School in 2004, again graduating with cum laude distinction. Bill works in all areas of the Firm's practice fields, is a member of the Maine State Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in the State Courts of Maine.
